Origin & Style  

Alta Rocca comes from high‑ altitude parcels in Corsica’s interior, shaped by granite soils, wild herbs and cooling winds. Clos Canarelli is one of the island’s leading biodynamic estates, producing wines of depth, purity and Mediterranean elegance. The 2017 vintage is refined, spicy and beautifully balanced.

Aromatics  

Red berries, sour cherry, garrigue, white pepper, herbal spice and a touch of smoke. The palate is fresh, silky and structured, with fine tannins and mineral tension. Long, spicy finish.

Vinification  

Spontaneous fermentation, ageing in large oak and used barrels. Oak is subtle and supportive.

Serving Recommendation  

Serve at 15–17 °C. Excellent with lamb, Mediterranean herbs, grilled vegetables or Corsican dishes.

Ageing Potential  

Very good – 8–10 years.
