Interpretation 2020 is Xavier Ausàs’ refined take on Ribera del Duero: powerful yet elegant, crafted from old vine Tempranillo. It shows deep dark fruit, polished tannins, vibrant acidity and a mineral backbone. A precise, harmonious and beautifully balanced wine.

Colour: Deep ruby.

Nose: Black cherry, blackberry, violet, graphite, fine spices, subtle toast.

Palate: Dense, silky and structured. Ripe dark fruit, fresh acidity, elegant tannins.

Finish: Long, spicy, mineral and refined.
