This Riesling originates from the rare melaphyre volcanic soils surrounding Fuerfeld. The dark, mineral rich rock gives the wine its distinctive tension and precision. The 2020 vintage offers aromas of ripe lemon, green apple, fine herbs and a subtle smoky note. On the palate, it is linear, vibrant and finely structured, supported by lively acidity. The finish is long, stony and elegant. A pure, expressive Riesling shaped by its volcanic origin.
