The 2019 Buntsandstein Riesling comes from biodynamically farmed vineyards rooted in warm, iron‑ rich sandstone soils. Spontaneous fermentation and ageing in large wooden casks give the wine a refined, Burgundian texture, vibrant citrus freshness and a precise, saline mineral backbone.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Pale straw with green hues.

Nose: Lemon, lime, green apple, herbs, wet stone, subtle yeast notes.

Palate: Tight, mineral, elegant, with citrus purity, fine phenolics and a creamy barrel‑ derived texture.

Finish: Long, cool, saline, with Buntsandstein spice.
