The 2018 vintage shows ripe yellow fruit, fine phenolics and a salty, vibrant tension.

Nose: Pear, yellow apple, citrus, herbs, slate smoke.

Palate: Dry, taut, salty‑ mineral, fine phenolics, precise structure.

Finish: Cool, long, herbal, unmistakably Saar.
