Origin & Style  

The Einstern Auslese 2019 comes from the steep, slate‑ rich slopes of the Dhroner Hofberg, one of the Mosel’s most characterful vineyards. The 2019 vintage delivered perfectly ripe, aromatically intense grapes with brilliant acidity – ideal conditions for precise, finely balanced sweet Rieslings.

Aromatics  

Ripe apricot, candied citrus, passion fruit, honey blossom and cool slate minerality. The palate is concentrated yet crystal‑ clear, lifted by vibrant acidity that perfectly balances the sweetness. Long, pure and mineral finish.

Vinification  

Gentle pressing, spontaneous fermentation and stainless‑ steel ageing to preserve purity, tension and terroir expression.

Serving Recommendation  

Serve well chilled at 8–10 °C. Excellent with blue cheese, spicy Asian dishes or simply on its own.

Ageing Potential  

Outstanding – easily 20+ years, gaining depth and complexity with time.
