An elegant, mineral driven sparkling wine from the limestone hills of Lombardy. “Ombra” shows cool freshness, fine bubbles and a refined balance of citrus, herbs and subtle yeast notes. The 30 months on lees add depth and a gentle creaminess.

Colour: Pale straw with fine, lively bubbles.

Nose: Lemon, green apple, white blossoms, chalk, light yeast hints.

Palate: Crisp, clean and precise. Delicate mousse, cool fruit, saline minerality, elegant structure.

Finish: Linear, mineral and persistent.
