Domaine du Pélican’s Arbois Savagnin 2016 comes from biodynamically farmed vineyards around Montigny les Arsures. The wine is aged ouillé, meaning topped up to avoid oxidation, resulting in a pure, mineral driven and precise expression of Savagnin. The 2016 vintage combines ripe fruit with vibrant acidity and a salty, chalky tension. A structured, energetic Jura white with excellent ageing potential.
