The Niedermenniger Herrenberg Spätlese F.H. AP3 2017 from Falkenstein originates from one of the Saar’s coolest and most slate‑ driven steep vineyards. The poor soils, low yields and the Weber family’s ultra‑ precise winemaking create a Spätlese of remarkable purity: herbal, salty, crystalline and feather‑ light. The 2017 vintage shows ripe yellow fruit, fine sweetness, vibrant acidity and exceptional clarity.

Colour: Pale lemon.

Nose: Yellow peach, mirabelle, herbs, slate smoke, citrus zest.

Palate: Fine sweetness, tension, salty minerality, crystalline precision.

Finish: Long, cool, herbal, unmistakably Saar.
