Biodynamic farming, spontaneous fermentation and careful oak ageing create a wine of precision, texture and long lasting elegance.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Pale gold.

Nose: Citrus, pear, yellow apple, vanilla, hazelnut, subtle toast.

Palate: Creamy yet vibrant. Fresh acidity, mineral backbone, refined oak integration.

Finish: Long, elegant, lightly saline.
