Il Guercio 2022 is Sean O’Callaghan’s most delicate and expressive take on Sangiovese. Sourced from high altitude vineyards in Radda, it shows purity, lift and aromatic precision. Whole bunch fermentation, spontaneous yeast and minimal intervention create a vibrant, floral and elegant wine.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Light ruby.

Nose: Sour cherry, raspberry, violet, orange zest, herbs.

Palate: Fresh, juicy, silky. Fine tannins, lively acidity, pure red fruit, mineral tension.

Finish: Long, floral, refined.
