Fondrèche Blanc comes from high altitude, cool climate parcels on the Ventoux. Limestone and sandy soils give the wine freshness, tension and a clean, mineral backbone. The 2024 vintage is bright, floral and vibrant, with citrus, stone fruit and elegant texture.

Nose: Lemon, lime, white peach, white flowers, chalk, herbs.

Palate: Fresh, precise, elegant, with citrus, stone fruit and salty minerality.
