This Riesling Sekt comes from steep slate vineyards and is produced using the traditional bottle fermentation method. Extended lees ageing adds depth, creaminess and a refined, persistent mousse.
The 2012 vintage shows citrus, apple, peach, herbal notes, subtle brioche and clear slate minerality. The palate is fresh, elegant and textured, with vibrant acidity and a long, harmonious finish.
