Edition 9 from the Wehlener Klosterberg is a rare, small batch Spätlese from the exceptionally warm 2003 vintage. Despite the heat, the wine retains clarity and lift, showing ripe yellow fruit, herbal nuances and the classic slate driven Mosel minerality. A mature Riesling with depth, charm and beautifully integrated sweetness.

Colour: Bright gold.

Nose: Ripe apricot, melon, candied citrus, herbs, wet slate.

Palate: Creamy, ripe and balanced. Integrated sweetness, soft acidity, elegant maturity.

Finish: Long, honeyed, mineral.
