La Perdiz comes from old vine Garnacha planted high in the Sierra de Gredos on granite and schist soils. The 2014 vintage brings freshness, red fruit purity, floral lift and a striking mineral backbone. A silky, elegant and expressive mountain Garnacha with finesse and depth.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Light to medium ruby.

Nose: Red cherry, raspberry, strawberry, violet, rose petal, Mediterranean herbs, white pepper, wet stone.

Palate: Silky, fresh, mineral, with fine tannins and precise acidity.

Finish: Long, floral, spicy, saline‑ mineral.
