The Blanc d’Argile R19 from Vouette & Sorbée is a pure, mineral driven Blanc de Blancs, made from 100% Chardonnay grown on limestone soils. Aromas of ripe lemon, chalk, white flowers and green apple. The palate is tense, saline and razor sharp, with vibrant acidity and a long, chalky finish.
