The Kirchspiel Riesling GG 2021 comes from one of Westhofen’s coolest and steepest grand cru sites. Its east facing slope protects the vines from afternoon heat, allowing for slow, even ripening. The limestone soils give the wine its signature cool minerality and precise, linear structure.

The aroma shows lime, white blossoms, green apple, and delicate chalky notes. On the palate, the wine is focused, taut, and vibrant, driven by lively acidity and a clear, salty tension. The 12.5 % vol. alcohol highlights its refined, elegant style.
