The 2006 Trockenbeerenauslese from Zeltinger Schlossberg is an extremely rare, ultra‑ concentrated dessert wine from a vintage marked by perfect botrytis. The shrivelled, raisined berries produced a wine of immense richness, crystalline acidity and deep slate driven minerality. A monumental TBA built for centuries.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Deep amber gold.

Nose: Raisin, candied apricot, honey, date, fig, orange zest, noble botrytis, wet slate.

Palate: Viscous, intensely sweet and concentrated. Extreme dried‑ fruit depth, creamy texture, vibrant acidity.

Finish: Exceptionally long, honeyed, spicy and mineral.

Food Pairing

Foie gras, blue cheese, dried fruit desserts, crème brûlée, meditation wine.
