The 2020 vintage shows cool precision: ripe citrus, green apple, white peach, wild herbs, and smoky slate minerality. The palate is linear, vibrant, and finely etched, driven by crisp acidity. Long, salty, energetic finish. A pure, focused GG with excellent ageing potential.
