The 2019 vintage shows precision and cool‑ climate tension: ripe citrus, white peach, wild herbs, flint, and smoky slate minerality. The palate is linear, powerful, and finely etched, driven by vibrant acidity. Long, salty, energetic finish. A pure, focused GG with excellent ageing potential.
