2023 allowed for exceptionally clean botrytis selection, resulting in a wine of noble sweetness, crystalline acidity, salty slate minerality and deep yellow‑ fruit concentration.

Forster stands for purity, precision, vibrant Saar tension and long ageing potential.

Colour: Pale golden yellow.

Nose: Ripe mirabelle, yellow peach, candied citrus, honey, herbs, slate smoke.

Palate: Noble sweet, dense yet crystalline, salty‑ mineral, cool, precise.

Finish: Long, herbal, lightly botrytised, vibrant.
