Oberschäferhaus traditionally produces dry Rieslings that are taut, herbal, saline and crystal‑ clear. The 2019 vintage shows ripe yellow fruit, fine phenolics, vibrant acidity and deep slate minerality — a Saar classic with tension, purity and energy.

Nose: Yellow peach, mirabelle, herbs, slate smoke, citrus.
