From the 2018 vintage, two superb parcels make up this cuvee, one at 270 meters on the locality "Grand Prés" bringing generosity and the other at 450 altitude, bringing a nice acidity and freshness, planted on an exceptional terroir of granitic mother rock, on the place called "La Tonne". Slightly sloping and therefore not mechanized, the ground work is done with a winch system and pickaxe to ensure our good physical shape!
Raised like a great Burgundy, this seductive Fleurie impresses with its purity with nose bouquets of violets, iris mixed with red berries, wild strawberries, raspberries and on the palate, freshness dominates combining purity and minerality. To prolong the pleasure, a few years of care and ageing will be welcome.
