The acidity is subtle yet precise, accompanied by a delicate saline note reminiscent of the salt lakes of the Seewinkel. This cuvée—composed of 85% Chardonnay, 10% Welschriesling, and 5% Sauvignon Blanc—was partially matured in oak barrels and stainless steel, lending it both complexity and structural finesse.
