“Au Couroy” is a small limestone rich parcel producing Aligoté of remarkable precision. Pierre Olivier Garcia works with spontaneous fermentation, minimal intervention and extended lees ageing. The 2023 vintage is vibrant, mineral and citrus driven, with herbal lift and chalky depth.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Pale straw with silver hues.

Nose: Lemon, lime, green apple, white flowers, chalk, wet stone.

Palate: Tight, fresh, mineral, with lively acidity and fine herbal notes.

Finish: Long, cool, saline, very precise.
