“Les Champs Tions” is a small limestone rich parcel producing Aligoté of remarkable precision. Pierre Olivier Garcia works with spontaneous fermentation and extended lees ageing, resulting in a wine of tension, citrus purity and chalky depth. The 2022 vintage is vibrant, mineral and beautifully balanced.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Pale straw with silver hues.

Nose: Lemon, lime, green apple, white flowers, chalk, wet stone.

Palate: Tight, fresh, mineral, with lively acidity and fine herbal notes.

Finish: Long, cool, saline, very precise.
