The Clos Canarelli Blanc 2020 is a profound Corsican white wine from biodynamically farmed old vines rooted in Figari’s granite soils. Aromas of white peach, candied lemon, wild herbs, white flowers and deep saline minerality lead into a broad yet taut palate. The acidity is vibrant, the texture chiselled, and the finish long, iodic and subtly smoky. A pure, gastronomic Mediterranean white with excellent ageing potential.
