VIELLE PRUNE COEUR DU BREUIL 41 % VOL 70 CL

This brandy, made with plums (greengage, French selected cherry plums), is not distilled at the Château du Breuil (forbidden by the law) but it is ageing there in oak casks for about six years, under the attentive care of the Cellar Master. In ageing, the "Vieille Prune" becomes supple and acquires its woody and so particular well-rounded taste.
