CHAMPAGNE AMAURY BEAUFORT DE QUOI TE MELES TU 2020 BRUT NATURE BIO

Amaury has one new wine with this release: De Quoi Te Meles Tu? It means "What are you involving yourself in?" roughly and is the name of the parcel.

The front label features the name of Loic Naudinot, a Pinot Noir on Kimmeridgian that is 100% organically certified. In the sense that while Loic owns the grapes, Amaury is solely responsible for the winemaking, they worked together on it.

Similar to his Jardinot, fermentation and maturation takes up to 20 months.

From a 0.32 hectare plot in Neuville-sur-Seine known as De Quoi Te Meles Tu

2,700 bottles of 100% Pinot Noir were produced.
