Subtle notes of ginger, salted almond cream, and smoky flint add layers of intrigue. A touch of Alpine hay and lemon salt evoke the wild, mineral-rich landscape of its origin.

On the palate, Darscho opens with a silky, almost creamy texture, underpinned by a vibrant, juicy acidity.
