DOMAINE BALANSA CORBIERES

We grow old vines in coastal rows across 14 ha in the Aude (11) region on the Hautes-Corbières soil. Family-run vineyards that have been grown for many generations.


 


Our goal in biological agriculture and biodynamic winemaking is to create fine wines that are valued by a cultural approach that is engaged in environmental causes. We also pledge to offer natural wines that reflect the unique and priceless terroir of the Hautes Corbières. Terroir expressed by schistous coastal soils between 140 and 280 meters above sea level that are surrounded by garrigues and maquis. The climate is Mediterranean, dry, sunny, and windy—the ideal setting for expression.
