MAISON GAUTHERON D'ANOST BEAUNE

Located in Meursault, Burgundy, Maison Gautheron d'Anost is a new and exciting winery. The estate, which was founded by Bastien Gautheron, emphasizes the relationship between terroir and vineyard and takes a non-interventionist approach to winemaking.

With holdings in Savigny and Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, the majority of the vines are certified organic. Additionally, Bastien sources grapes in partnership with other organic winegrowers. Simple vinifications, brief macerations, and barrel aging are all part of his winemaking philosophy.

The Saint Romain ‘Les Perriéres’ (Chardonnay), a crisp and mineral wine; the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune (Chardonnay), a delightful balance of citrus fruit and weight; and the Bouzeron ‘Les Louères’ (Aligoté), which offers velvety fruit with lemon and greengage aromas, are some of Maison Gautheron d’Anost’s notable wines.
